'Using the Defibrillator' Free training course

CCB is working in conjunction with Heartstart Thatcham again to provide another session on Emergency First Aid and the use of defibrillators.
The next training course will be held at the Acland Memorial Hall, Cold Ash, RG18 9JH on Wednesday 15th November at 7pm and will be run by Heartstart Thatcham.
The course covers what to do if casualties are conscious or unconscious, bleeding or choking, and how to use a defibrillator. A number of villages have defibrillators but most people have never used one so this is an opportunity to ‘have a go’ in case anyone needs to do so in real life.
